Shipping Policy

Business Days:
Our business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders will be cut off after 8 PM EST.
Shipping From:
All orders are shipped from our address: 37 Ruby Dr, Claymont, Delaware 19703, United States.
Handling Time: Packing and shipping typically occur within 3 business days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Transit Times:
- US Shipping: 4-7 business days (48 States Contiguous U.S: 3-5 business days; Alaska & Hawaii: 3-7 business days).
- International Shipping: 10-25 business days or more, depending on the region and available shipping carriers.
Shipping Time for Missing Orders or Change of Shipping Address:
We will process these changes within 1-2 business days. The order will then be shipped according to the transit times mentioned above.
Shipping Costs:
We apply a flat shipping rate based on the destination country:
- US: $3.50 per order
- International: $15.00 per order.
Shipping Partner:
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx or equivalent partners.
Customs duties, VAT, and other fees in the destination country – International orders:
International orders often incur the aforementioned fees, but you don’t need to worry because these fees are our responsibility.
Late Deliveries:
Most packages are delivered on time, but occasionally there may be delays due to:
- Bad weather
- International customs clearance
- Epidemics
- Missing room or apartment numbers in the recipient’s address
If your delivery is later than expected, please notify us via email at service@kzsport.store. We will resolve the issue within 2 business days.
Tracking Your Package:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company.
