Refund and Returns Policy

This page provides instructions and information regarding order cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refund processing for orders purchased on this website.


KZsport accepts returns and refunds for both defective and non-defective products.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not support exchanges.

Before placing an order, customers should carefully review and double-check all order details, including: Product type, Size, Design, Quantity, Shipping address.

However, we still assist returns the original product and send replacement items without a fee in case of: Defective product, wrong product, different from description, damage upon arrival, or any error caused by the seller.

RETURN

Return Timeframe: Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Item Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags included.

Return Methods: We only accept returns by mail.

Return Label: KZsport provides free return labels (prepaid label). These labels will be sent to you via email after your return request is approved; customers need to download and print the return labels.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

KZsport will be responsible for return shipping costs, return labels are prepaid. Customers do not have to pay any return shipping fees.

Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned items.

Steps to Return:

  1. Please email us at service@kzsport.store with order number, item(s) you’d like to return, reason for the return, and photos of the received product.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you. If approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  3. Customers download and print the return label, carefully package the product, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off with the carrier listed on the label.
  4. When shipping the package, please send us an email including the order number, shipping/return date, item, and quantity.
  5. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Once we receive the returned package, we will send a confirmation email.

All approved returns must be sent to our return center using the prepaid label provided: 37 Ruby Dr, Claymont, Delaware 19703, United States.

After we receive your return, it will be inspected within 2 business days, and you’ll be notified by email.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with missing tags or damaged packaging.
  • Worn, used items, washed, or damage caused by the buyer.

To begin a return, please contact our support team. Do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may be declined.


REFUND PROCESS

After your return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 3 business days following inspection. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund to your account.

Total Refund:

  • Refunds are issued for the product price and sales tax (if any). Original shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.
  • We will provide a full refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refund Methods: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method: PayPal, Debit or Credit Card.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after our notification, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer; it might take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged, but if you receive an item that isn’t as expected, please contact us. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and its packaging, and send them to service@kzsport.store.

Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference. Please keep the item until your case has been fully resolved.

CANCEL ORDER

Timeframe: Customers always have the right to cancel orders within 24 hours after successful ordering. If more than 24 hours have passed and cannot be canceled, the customer should wait for the order to arrive and proceed with the return according to the return policy.
