Payment Methods

Customer payments for purchases made at KZsport are processed through the PayPal payment gateway. We accept payments:

  • Via PayPal accounts,
  • As well as most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and others. This allows you to check out quickly and safely without needing a PayPal account.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The total shown at checkout is the final amount charged by our store. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees if you are outside the United States.

How PayPal Checkout Works

  • When you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete your transaction. You can log in to your PayPal account or, if available in your region, proceed as a guest using a debit or credit card.
  • If you wish to pay by Debit or Credit Card, look for options such as “Debit or Credit Card” on the checkout page (availability may vary by country) and click, a form will appear below for you to enter your payment details.

After your payment is successfully completed, you will be redirected back to our website for order confirmation. PayPal does not share your full banking or card information with us, providing an additional layer of privacy and security.

Payment Confirmation

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and payment details. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at service@kzsport.store.

Payment Errors or Failed Transactions

If your payment is declined or unsuccessful, please verify that your card information, billing address, and available balance are correct. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider, or attempting the payment again through PayPal.

Protecting your information is a top priority. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all pages where personal or payment details are entered. A secure connection is indicated by “https://” and a lock icon in your browser.

  • We do not store your full credit card number or CVV code at any time.

1. Order Processing & Billing
Orders are processed shortly after they are placed.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and payment details. If you do not receive an email within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at service@kzsport.store.
Your selected payment method will be charged at the time of checkout.

2. Billing Information
To avoid any issues during checkout, please provide complete and accurate billing information, including:

If any updates or corrections are needed, please contact us as soon as possible to prevent delays.

3. Order Cancellations

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order (including changes to size, color, quantity, or shipping address), please contact our support team at service@kzsport.store as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist, but orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. Please review our Cancel/Modify the Order.

4. Refunds & Returns

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We take fraudulent activity seriously. Any unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback claim will be reviewed. If we detect misuse or fraudulent behavior, we reserve the right to refuse future orders and cooperate with financial institutions during investigations.

Can I use PayPal without an account?

Why was my payment declined?

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method once your order has been submitted. Please review your payment information before confirming your purchase.

Are there any additional charges?

No. The amount shown during checkout is the final amount charged by our store. However, your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees if applicable.

Do you store my payment information?

No. We never store your full card details or PayPal credentials. Payment information is handled directly by PayPal and other secure payment partners.
