Business Days: Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 8:00 PM (ET) will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Coverage: We deliver within the US and internationally. However, delivery may not be available to some areas.

+ Estimated Transit Times: Transit time begins once your package has been picked up by the carrier. The following are typical delivery estimates (not guaranteed):

- United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
- Australia: 7-15 business days
- Germany, France: 6-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20+ business days (varies by location).

+ Shipping Time for Missing Orders or Change of Shipping Address: We will process these changes within 1-2 business days. The order will then be shipped according to the transit times mentioned above.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are a fixed fee per order and are calculated based on destination. This is our most economical option. Shipping cost includes shipping charges and surcharges.

+ Customs duties, VAT, and other fees in the destination country – International orders: International orders often incur the aforementioned fees, but you don’t need to worry because these fees are our responsibility.
Tracking Your Package:

Late Deliveries:
Most packages are delivered on time, but occasionally there may be delays due to:
- Bad weather
- International customs clearance
- Epidemics
- Missing room or apartment numbers in the recipient’s address
