Cancel/Modify the Order

Timeframe for Cancellations and Modifications:

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order (including changes to size, color, quantity, or shipping address). After this period, the order will enter the processing, manufacturing, and shipping stages, making it impossible to alter.

Cancellations/Modifications Fee:

• No processing fee applies.

• If there is a price difference due to a change in size, product, or delivery address, you will receive instructions on how to pay the difference or obtain a refund.

Request a Cancellation or Modification:

To request a cancellation or modification, please email service@kzsport.store with the following details:

• Subject: Order Modify/Cancellation [Your Order Number]. Please use the order number from your confirmation email exactly as it appears.
• Content: Specify what you want to modify (size, color, quantity, shipping address) or if you wish to cancel the order.

Request Processing Time: We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.

Note: After 24 hours, once your purchase is in processing, you will no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

For order cancellations made within the 24-hour window, we will notify you of the cancellation, and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
