The price of each item is clearly stated on the product page, and displays synchronously across the cart and checkout pages, ensuring customers always know the exact price before making a payment. The item price does not include sales tax.
Shipping fee
The flat-rate shipping fee depends on the buyer’s destination, regardless of the number of items, weight, or packaging dimensions. Shipping fee is calculated when the buyer enters their address. Detailed information is available in the Shipping Policy.
Taxes
Sales tax (if any): Sales tax will be automatically calculated on orders shipped to Delaware. Orders shipped to other states, international destinations will not be subject to sales tax. Read more: Tax Information.

Customer payments for purchases made at KZsport are processed through the PayPal payment gateway. We accept payments:

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The total shown at checkout is the final amount charged by our store. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees if you are outside the United States.

1. Order Processing & Billing
Orders are processed shortly after they are placed.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and payment details. If you do not receive an email within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at service@kzsport.store.
Your selected payment method will be charged at the time of checkout.

If any updates or corrections are needed, please contact us as soon as possible to prevent delays.
3. Order Cancellations
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order (including changes to size, color, quantity, or shipping address), please contact our support team at service@kzsport.store as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist, but orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. Please review our Cancel/Modify the Order.
4. Refunds & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for instructions on how to request a return and refund.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Do I need to create an account to shop?
No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows for a faster and more convenient checkout experience.
Is creating an account free?
Yes. Registering for a member account at our store is completely free, with no hidden fees or subscription charges.
Can I use PayPal without an account?

Why was my payment declined?

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method once your order has been submitted. Please review your payment information before confirming your purchase.
Do you store my payment information?
